What's new
Every version of PMCitizen, newest first.
Version 1.22.1 Beta
CurrentCoaching hours that open, and shared results a coach can act on
For coaches and instructors who coach - Coaching hours: a clear switch, “Candidates can book”, replaces the old box, and a banner says when bookings are closed and your candidates cannot see your times. New hours start with booking on. - A shared result now has a Support panel: write a note, set a drill from the weakest domain (10 to 25 questions), or book a one-to-one, without leaving the result. You also see what the candidate wrote when they shared it. - Comment on a single question: the note starts with the question number and domain, so the candidate knows exactly what you mean. - Opening a shared result always marks it seen, including results shared before 1.21.2 that stayed “not opened”. For PMP Candidates - A drill your coach sets from your result shows on that result, with “Start the drill”, and the result reads “worked on”.Version 1.22 Beta
A home page for every project manager
For everyone - The home page now speaks to project managers at every stage: graduates, working project managers, PMP Candidates and certified PMPs, and the companies and chapter around them. Its promise: from your first project to Certified PMP. - Plan your path on the home page itself: choose your education, slide how long you have led projects, and see your experience against PMI’s requirement on a small project schedule, with the CAPM shown as open now. The answer comes from the same rule as /start, and one tap carries it there with your answers already in. - Wherever you are: the five stages of the path (CAPM path, Building experience, Ready for the PMP, PMP Candidate, Certified PMP), who each usually fits, and the next step from each. - The organisations around you: companies developing their teams, and our strategic partnership with PMI Tanzania Chapter. - The Master Class now says plainly that its 35 hours also cover the CAPM, so the class counts from day one. - “Find your path” replaces “Check your eligibility” and “Apply” across the public pages; the footer now reads “You drive. We guide.” Shared links show the new title and description. - New photography of project professionals at work. Older generated images that still carried the previous brand are retired.Version 1.21.3 Beta
The front door: your path first, and an Office that can work every lead
For everyone checking their path on pmcitizen.com/start - Two questions, then your answer straight away: no name, email or phone first. You see where you stand against PMI’s published requirements before you share anything. - Not ready for the PMP yet? The result now shows the shortcut: the CAPM, which needs no project experience, with how many months you are from the PMP. PMCitizen welcomes everyone, wherever you start. - Built for phones: the questions come first on a small screen, experience has quick picks (None yet, 1 year, 2 years…), and the consent box says why it is needed instead of leaving a button that seems not to work. - Your saved result page and email show the same path, in the same words. For the PMCitizen Office - Applications now holds only people who have not joined a class: Leads, Applied and Closed. Admitted PMP Candidates are with their batch in Classes. - Every lead shows its stage (CAPM path, Building experience, Ready for the PMP), how soon to act, and a suggested next step, such as offering the next class or the CAPM route. Suggestions are for you to judge. - A work queue for busy days: pages, sorting (priority, newest, waiting longest, recently updated, name), filters by stage, urgency and source, and search by name, email, phone or reference. Filters stay in the address, so a view can be bookmarked or shared. - Open any row for a quick look: the lead’s brief, the facts for the first call, the latest activity, and Call, WhatsApp, Email, Mark contacted or Log a call, without leaving the list. - A lead who wants to start this month and has not been contacted after a day now appears in your To do list; one starting within three months, after three days. A lead you have called stays a lead until they apply. - Front door: how far visitors get on /start, which sources bring people who save, apply and are admitted, which stages convert, how many leads are waiting and how quickly they are first contacted. Step counts are anonymous totals; nothing personal is recorded.Version 1.21.2 Beta
Shared results reach your coach, and you can see what happened to them
For PMP Candidates - When you share a quiz or exam result, the notice your coach receives now opens the result itself. Before this, the notice could not be opened. - Your own result page shows where the share stands: sent, seen by your coach, or worked on once they write a note or set you a drill. It shows who and when, so you are not left guessing. - Sharing the same result again no longer sends your coach a second notice. For coaches and ATP instructors - Shared results, in your workspace: every quiz and exam your candidates have sent you, newest first, each marked waiting for you, seen, or worked on, and filterable. A share is no longer lost once its notice scrolls out of the bell. - Opening a result marks it seen for you alone, so one coach opening it does not mark it seen for another. - An ATP instructor who coaches a class can now open the results its candidates share, see them in their feed, and write notes or set drills from them. This previously failed for instructors even though the notice reached them.Version 1.21.1 Beta
Email from pmcitizen.com
For everyone - Automatic emails now come from PMCitizen Desk ([email protected]), and the weekly community email from PMCitizen Briefings ([email protected]). Sending from a separate address keeps pmcitizen.com’s own mailboxes trusted. - Replying reaches the right inbox: Service Delivery ([email protected]), [email protected] for the weekly email, and [email protected] for proposals, invoices and payments. - The Contact page lists Service Delivery, Billing and Privacy; data requests go to [email protected]. Addresses on the old pmpcitizen.com domain are replaced across the site.Version 1.21 Beta
PM Impact points and rewards
For members - PM Impact™ is now built from recorded contributions, each counted once: a reaction from another member (1 point, once per person per day, at most 10 a day), three different people reacting to a post or reply (3), your answer marked most helpful by the asker (5), a mentoring session the member confirms (10), and a chapter event you attended (5). - Nothing is earned on your own posts, reactions from GDC staff don’t count, and giving a reaction earns nothing. If moderation hides a post or reply, its points are taken back; if it is restored, they return. If the asker marks another answer, the 5 points move to it. - Rewards: 150 points for a free 30-minute coaching session (booked in your coach’s open times within 30 days), 300 points for a free week on your current paid plan. One reward every 90 days. Rewards use your balance; your PM Impact never goes down. - PM Impact (Progress → PM Impact™) shows your total, your balance, how you earn, every award and why, your rewards, and the leaderboard (all time and last 30 days), ranked on PM Impact only. You can leave the leaderboard. - PM Index™ is unchanged: it measures your own learning and is never ranked. For admins - Admin → Points and rewards: points, daily caps and on/off for each rule; points, days between and days to use for each reward; the redemptions log (cancel one not used yet); each member’s ledger with reverse or restore and a reason; and the change history. Changes apply from then on: points already earned keep the rule they were earned under.Version 1.20.2 Beta
A study loop for every day
For PMP Candidates - "Today" on your dashboard: add your exam date, hours a week and study days, and see what to do today. The plan changes as the exam gets closer: build (more than 6 weeks), practise under exam conditions with a full simulation each week (2 to 6 weeks), then final review (the last 2 weeks). - Daily 10: ten mixed questions a day, answers explained as you go, with a daily streak. Your weakest domain gets its own 15-question practice when it is below 65%. - Flashcards (Practise → Flashcards): 67 cards for formulas, contracts, risk, quality, agile, people and governance, in GDC’s own words. Cards you know come back after 1, 3, 7, 14 and then 30 days; cards you miss come back the same sitting. - Results now show how you compare with other candidates (on their first try at the same published exam, or their latest full simulation), once at least 20 others have taken it. Nobody’s name or score is shown. - "This week" counts the questions you answered against a target from your hours (25 questions an hour).Version 1.20.1 Beta
Custom coaching plans
For PMP Candidates - After the 3 months, build a coaching plan in Coaching → Coaching plan: 2 to 12 weeks, the coaching hours, 30, 45 or 60-minute sessions, and a regular day and time from your coach’s open hours. - The sessions are worked out and spread evenly, at least one every week. Weeks your coach is teaching are skipped, and you see every session time and the price before you pay. - A plan always includes the exam simulator for the same dates. Pay online or ask the Office for an invoice; your sessions are booked as soon as it is paid. - Optional and free: ask to join the group sessions of a class that is in coaching now. Its coach or the Office approves if there is room. - In the last two weeks of your 3 months, if you are not yet exam-ready, your coaching page shows "Keep going: build your plan" with what you still need. For admins and the Office - Admin → Custom coaching plans: the weekly simulator rate, the hourly coaching rate, session lengths, hours to choose from, fewest and most weeks, and the weekly hours cap. Each change is dated; plans already bought keep their price. - Office → Coaching plans: record invoice payments (the sessions are then booked), cancel unpaid plans, and decide group-session requests. Coaches and the Office are told when a class’s 3 months end and someone is not yet exam-ready.Version 1.20 Beta
Coaching with no blind spots
For coaches - Your dashboard now starts with "Needs your attention": a score drop, a mock exam below 50%, a missed class quiz, a domain that has fallen three times in a row, a PMP Candidate who has gone quiet for 7 days, and one ready to be marked exam-ready. - Each item has one-click follow-ups: assign a 15-question drill from the weak domain, send a note, book a one-to-one, open an intervention with a date to check again, or see the answers. - "In coaching" lists everyone you coach now, with their latest results. During the 3 months of coaching (and any coaching plan) you see every quiz, mock and practice set automatically; outside coaching, only results they share. - Day 5 handover: when a class finishes the 5 days, its coach is told, and the class page shows who missed days or class quizzes, low quiz averages and weak domains, plus the most-missed class quiz questions. For PMP Candidates - Notes and drills from your coach appear on your coaching page and on the result they are about. - During coaching your coach sees all your results so they can help you; the privacy page says so.Version 1.19.2 Beta
Chapter membership the chapter confirms, and the chapter board
For chapters - Membership is paid to the chapter, so the chapter now confirms each member, with the date the membership is paid up to. Requests wait in "Waiting for you" on the Members tab, with any note the person added. A request can be declined with a reason the person sees. - Members show as Active, Expiring soon (within 30 days) or Expired, with Renew to set a new date. An expired membership no longer gives member access. - The board: give a current member a title (President, VP Professional Development and so on) for a term. One President, Secretary and Treasurer at a time. Past terms are kept. The board shows on the chapter page. - Reminders: members are told 30 days before their membership ends and when it expires; the chapter is told when one expires. For members - "Ask to join" on a chapter page sends a request to the chapter. Choosing a home chapter at PMP verification or admission, or accepting a chapter invitation, now sends a request too. - Until the chapter confirms, you see the chapter’s public events and posts. Members confirmed before this release stay members.Version 1.19.1 Beta
Choose your practice set size; clearer question wording
For PMP Candidates - Practice sets can now have 10, 20, 30 or 50 questions. Your choice is remembered, and you can change it on the results screen before the next set. Larger sets are drawn from more of the bank. - 67 practice scenarios were reworded so each reads as one clear situation. The options, answers and explanations are unchanged.Version 1.19 Beta
Practice and exam pages, with tips beside every question
For PMP Candidates - Practice questions have a new look that matches the exam: choose an area, answer, check, and read why each option is right or wrong. Sets now come from across the whole bank, not the same first questions each time, and end with a summary and what to do next. - Choose-all-that-apply questions now work in practice, checked in any order. - A Tips and help panel beside each question: the PM mindset for the exam task (after you check your answer), an exam technique tip, a tip from your coach with a link to book time, facts about the PMP exam, the keyboard keys, and a way to report a problem with a question to the Office. - In timed exams and the simulation the panel stays closed unless you open it, and it shows exam technique only, never anything about the answer. - The exam practice page uses the full width of the screen: practice and mock exams on the left, what is in progress, class quizzes and your attempts on the right.Version 1.18.1 Beta
No duplicate questions
For admins and question reviewers - Importing questions now also checks for near-duplicates: a question that closely resembles one already in the bank, or an earlier row of the same file, goes to review with a note naming the question it resembles. Exact copies are still refused.Version 1.18 Beta
Exam practice closer to exam day
For PMP Candidates - Full exam simulation: 180 questions in 240 minutes, weighted like the exam (People 33%, Process 41%, Business Environment 26%), with the two optional 10-minute breaks. - Every practice set and mock now follows the same weights (or the chosen domains in those proportions), with about 40% predictive and 60% agile or hybrid questions in each domain. - Questions you have not seen come first. Ones you missed come back for review after 3 days, and again later; ones you saw in the last 3 days wait. - Results now show your weakest exam tasks, how you did on predictive versus agile and hybrid questions, and your pace against the exam’s 80 seconds a question, with your slowest questions. - A calculator and a notes pad in the exam, as on exam day. Notes stay on your device for that attempt.Version 1.17 Beta
People and intakes
For the PMCitizen Office - People replaces Members and plans: one directory with Members, Staff and Companies kept apart. Members are filtered by stage (CAPM path to Certified PMP), year, intake and status in the intake (admitted, in class, coaching month 1–3, extended coaching, coaching ended, result submitted, certified, withdrawn), with search and pages of 50. - Ready-made views: this month’s class, in coaching, coaching ended and not exam-ready, gone quiet for 14 days, PMP-ready and not in a class, certified this year, and the plan and payment views from Members and plans. - Export CSV of exactly what the filters show (each export is recorded). - Each member has one page: intakes, mock exams and quizzes, coach reviews, path, plan and coaching, certification, company, chapters and applications. - Intakes: each year’s classes with a short code (PMP-2610, or PMP-2610B for a second class that month) and how many members are at each status; open one to see its people.Version 1.16.2 Beta
Coaching booking rules, and the class calendar for websites
For PMP Candidates - One-to-one coaching is booked during your 3 months of coaching after the class, or with a plan that includes coaching, and only for times inside that period. When it has ended, the booking page says so and points to plans. For coaches and instructors - The whole week you teach a class, Monday to Sunday, is closed for one-to-one bookings, not only the class days. For GDC - The year’s PMP Master Class calendar is available to other websites: /api/public/calendar?year=2026 (JSON) and /api/public/calendar/ics?year=2026 (to subscribe in Google Calendar or Outlook). Classes added, moved or cancelled in PMCitizen show there within minutes. Only dates, mode, place, instructor and availability are shared.Version 1.16.1 Beta
Someone is always accountable for a company
- The member who adds a company is listed as one of its people once the Office adds it. Their progress is shared with the company only if they accept, under Profile & Settings → Company invitations. - Every company keeps a responsible person, accountable for its training and the one the Office speaks to. It can be changed in the company profile but not left empty.Version 1.16 Beta
Where do you work? Members bring their company
For members - Where you work: search for your company. If it is on PMCitizen, your HR or training team adds you. If not, add it, and say who will manage training: you, or a colleague such as HR. - The company workspace gets its own sign-in, sent to the work email you gave. Your own account and learning stay yours. For the PMCitizen Office - New companies: each company a member added, with checks on the email (personal email such as Gmail, a match with the website, a company already using it). Call the company and note what they confirmed, then add it or decline with a reason the member sees. - One company per email domain. Business registration documents come in a later version.Version 1.15 Beta
Exam simulator: breaks, performance bands, and progress
For members - Full-length timed mock exams offer two optional 10-minute breaks, a third and two thirds of the way through, as in the real exam. The clock stops during a break. Once you take a break, the questions before it are closed, so check them first; you can also skip a break. - Results show each domain in four bands (Above Target, Target, Below Target, Needs Improvement), as PMI reports them. The cut-offs are GDC’s indication; PMI does not publish its own. - Results compare each domain with your previous attempt, so you can see what improved. For the Office - Answers given in practice now count in the question statistics, with exam answers (the first answer per member per question).Version 1.14 Beta
PM Index for your stage, mentoring, and milestones
For members - PM Index is measured against your stage: starting out on the CAPM path, building experience, PMP Candidate, or Certified PMP. A strong score means strong for where you are. Your logbook and training hours now count in it. - Mentoring: Certified PMPs, coaches, instructors and members with project experience can log sessions they gave. A session counts in PM Impact once the member mentored confirms it took place. - Milestones on your public profile: eligible for the CAPM or the PMP, months of experience logged, and mentoring. You can hide them from Your path.Version 1.13 Beta
The logbook: your projects, counted for CAPM and PMP
For members - A logbook for the projects you led or directed and the training you took. PMCitizen counts your months the way PMI does: overlapping projects once, and only the last 10 years. - Each project is written once in the shape PMI’s application asks for (objective, what you did, outcome). The PMI application draft lays them out ready to copy. - Ask your supervisor to confirm a project: they get a one-time link and confirm in a minute, without an account. Confirmed projects carry a tick. - Your path now uses your logbook instead of the estimate you gave when you joined. - You are told once when the CAPM opens to you, when you are 6 months or less from the PMP, when you reach it, and when old experience is about to stop counting; and reminded monthly to keep the logbook up to date. For the PMCitizen Office - Approaching eligibility: members ready for the PMP, within 6 months of it, or able to take the CAPM, with a notification as each one nears the PMP. - Members and plans shows each member’s path.Version 1.12 Beta
Free accounts, and your path to CAPM or PMP
For everyone - Anyone 18 or over can create a free PMCitizen account at pmcitizen.com/signup. Your account is created once you confirm your email. - You tell us your education, studies, work, months leading projects and training hours; there is no label to choose. - Your path shows where you stand against PMI’s CAPM and PMP requirements: experience and training as progress bars, what is missing, and the next step. - Apply for an upcoming GDC class from Your path. The PMCitizen Office takes it from there, as for any application. For the PMCitizen Office and instructors - Applications has Invite members to a class: find members by name or email and add them to a class; each becomes an application with their background filled in, and they are notified. Instructors can do this for their own classes. For companies - Request training for your existing employees by ticking them, or for someone new.Version 1.11 Beta
One company workspace
For companies - One Company workspace: Dashboard, Employees, Training progress, Proposals and invoices, Company profile and Get help. The separate enterprise sponsor workspace is merged into it. - Request training for your staff from Employees: choose the class and send it to the PMCitizen Office, which sends you a proposal and an invoice and admits them. - Training progress shows each class your employees are in and their contact hours, for employees who accepted sharing their progress. - Proposals and invoices shows what the Office sent you, with what is still to pay. The company profile now saves. - Team challenges, which was not ready, is removed for now. For the PMCitizen Office - Company requests arrive in Applications with a notification. Invoices for them appear in the company’s workspace; on admission the employee is linked to the company.Version 1.10 Beta
PMPCitizen is now PMCitizen
For everyone - PMPCitizen is now PMCitizen, at pmcitizen.com: a home for every project manager, from university to PMP and beyond. Your account, classes, coaching and records are unchanged. - The new PMCitizen logo, in versions for light and dark screens. - The free plan is now called Citizen. Everyone is a Citizen; coaching plans add more. - Old pmpcitizen.com links, including certificates and verification links, keep working.Version 1.9.3 Beta
Instructors see every application
For instructors - Applications now lists every application, not only those for your classes. - On your own classes you follow up and prepare proposals and invoices, as before. On any other, you can see everything and use Ask the Office to act. For the PMPCitizen Office - An instructor’s request goes to whoever is handling the application, or to the whole Office, and is kept on its timeline. Recording payments and admitting stay with the Office.Version 1.9.2 Beta
Late registration for a finished class
For the Admin - On a finished class’s attendance page, Add a late registration: for someone who paid and registered offline and attended. A reason is required, and it is recorded. - They go to the Office as applications marked as a late registration. Once admitted, mark the days they attended; with all five days, their 35 contact hours, certificate and coaching access follow as for everyone else. For the PMPCitizen Office - Late registrations arrive in Applications with a notification. Invoice them, record the offline payment (cash or bank, with the reference) and admit as usual.Version 1.9.1 Beta
Fuller pages for candidates
For PMP Candidates - PM Index uses the full page, each part links to what raises it, and a side panel shows where to focus next. - Coach feedback is quicker to give, and shows what other candidates say about their coaching. A comment is shared only if you tick the box, and never with your name. - PDUs: a side panel shows your cycle at a glance (PDUs to go, days left, a monthly pace, areas still short), how a claim moves, and ways to earn PDUs. Before you are certified, it shows your path to PDUs. - PMP certification: a side panel explains how verification works, what it opens, and where to ask. - Get help: quick answers to common questions beside your requests to the Office. - Exam practice now shows your class quizzes first.Version 1.9 Beta
Assignments that reach you, and why each answer is right or wrong
For PMP Candidates - Assignments is now one to-do list: the class quiz before each group session and the work your coach sets, sorted by due date. - Class quizzes open for everyone in the class, whatever your plan. - Coach quizzes are marked by PMPCitizen when you submit, and you see the answer, the explanation and why each option is right or wrong. Written answers go to your coach for review. - Practice, learn-mode exams and exam reviews now show why each option is right or wrong, where the question has it. - Weekly feedback now finds your class coach, not only a coach assigned to you directly. For coaches - Assignments go out straight away to the candidates or the class you choose, and they are notified. You can only assign to your own candidates and classes. For the Admin - A read-only question bank report (scripts\db\bank-report.ps1 -Live): counts by domain, task and source, explanation and rationale coverage, questions never answered, and whether the bank can build a full 180-question mock.Version 1.8.2 Beta
Payments confirmed even if you close the page
For PMP Candidates - If you pay by mobile money or card and close the page before returning to PMPCitizen, your payment is still confirmed within minutes and your plan starts. For the PMPCitizen Office - Payments still waiting are checked with the payment provider every few minutes. A payment not completed within 48 hours is closed as not paid, so Members and plans shows only real problems.Version 1.8.1 Beta
Office coaching view, members and plans, and the GDC calendar
For the PMPCitizen Office - Coaching: each coach’s hours and load, one-to-ones booked for the next 14 days, and missed sessions and late cancellations. Book a one-to-one for a PMP Candidate, writing their preparation from your conversation. - Members and plans: who is on which coaching plan, when it ends, and online payments that failed or are stuck. View only; an admin grants or ends plans. For coaches and instructors - One-to-ones are never offered on weekends or public holidays. - A group session on a weekend or public holiday asks you to confirm the class agreed. A time that clashes with your other sessions or a class you teach is refused, with the next free time offered. - If a public holiday is added on a day you have sessions, you and the PMP Candidates are told to move them; nothing is cancelled. For admins - Admin → Settings: working days and public holidays (Tanzania’s fixed holidays for 2026 and 2027 are filled in; add Eid and other moving holidays when announced). - Questions in review: tick several, or select all matching a filter (now including the source), and approve or reject them in one go. Each still follows the review rules; any held back are listed with the reason.Version 1.8 Beta
Classes: one checklist, changes with approval
For the PMPCitizen Office - Classes (was Class readiness): open a class for its day checklist, its changes and its PMP Candidates. - Day checklist: tick the room or link, breakfast, tea and coffee, lunch and the attendance sheet for each day, and leave a note for the instructor. Kits and certificate names are counted for Day 1. - Ask for a change to a class: dates, venue, delivery mode, link, seats, instructor or coach. Before sending, see what it touches: PMP Candidates and applicants to tell, proposals and invoices that name the class, the coaching start, and clashes for the instructor and coach. - The Office overview shows class days with Office items open and changes waiting for approval. For instructors - Your preparation checklist now holds your teaching items; the Office’s side (room, food, attendance sheet) shows below it. The day is ready when both are done. - Ask to change your class’s dates, and approve changes the Office asks for, from the class workspace. For admins - Approve or reject class changes. When dates change, PMP Candidates, staff and applicants are told and reminders follow; sessions that clash are flagged to their coach to move or cancel. Nothing is cancelled automatically.Version 1.7 Beta
Book one-to-one coaching from your coach’s hours
For PMP Candidates - Book one-to-one coaching with your coach or your class instructor from the times they have open: 25, 30 or 45 minutes, online or at the GDC office. - Prepare each session: the issue, why you think it happens, what you tried, and what you think should be done. Your coach reads it before you meet. - Up to 90 minutes of one-to-one coaching a month; you see what is left. Cancelling late still uses the minutes. - A calendar invite comes with the confirmation email. For coaches and instructors - Coaching hours: set your weekly times, session lengths, breaks, notice, dates off, and online or office. Class days you teach are never offered. - Each booking opens with the candidate’s preparation next to their latest mock exams and domain results.Version 1.6.1 Beta
Clearer price choices on proposals
For the PMPCitizen Office and instructors - When adding an item or coaching plan to a proposal, each choice shows its price. One that cannot be chosen says why: it has no price in that currency, and where to set it.Version 1.6 Beta
Proposals and invoices you can shape
For the PMPCitizen Office - Proposals are built from the GDC price list in Tanzanian shillings (US dollars when a client asks). No more daily exchange rate. - The proposal suggests the Master Class package and the PMI fees. Remove what is not needed, change quantities, add a coaching plan or another item, or add your own line with a reason. - See the final account before sending: subtotal, discount, VAT and total. Prices are before VAT; add VAT (18%) only when needed. - PMI fees are paid to PMI for the candidate, so they are never discounted and never carry VAT. - Payment in full or in parts, for example the training now and the PMI fees later. Once the first part is paid, the PMP Candidate can be admitted. - Revise a proposal: the client gets the new version and the old link stops working. An unpaid invoice can be voided with a reason and issued again. - Invoices show how to pay by bank transfer, with the invoice number as the reference. For instructors - Applications to your classes are under Applications: follow up, and prepare and send proposals and invoices. The Office records payments and admits. For admins - Admin → Price list: the items the Office can bill, with what each includes. Set GDC’s VAT number (VRN) and bank details in Admin → Settings.Version 1.5 Beta
The GDC class day, the PMPCitizen way
For instructors - The GDC 5-day Master Class plan is ready to load into PMPCitizen: every lesson, exercise and break with its time, 08:30 to 17:00. - Each session shows who leads it: the instructor, GDC Management, the PMPCitizen Office or the PMP Candidates. - When the Office says tea or lunch is ready, a banner appears in the Presenter Studio: start the break with one tap, or ask for 5 more minutes. Running over? Ask the Office to hold a break. - On Day 5, open the course evaluation from the Studio so PMP Candidates can fill it in the room. - Uploaded slides are private: only instructors and admins can open them. For the PMPCitizen Office - Class readiness shows each running class live: what is being taught and the next break. Tell the instructor when tea or lunch is ready or late; a delay moves the rest of the day for that class. - Course evaluations: every class’s results, with named answers, and each instructor’s results over time. For PMP Candidates - A short course evaluation at the end of the class replaces the paper form. Your certificate does not depend on it. - When Day 5 closes, your certificate is issued, emailed and ready to download from your dashboard.Version 1.4.2 Beta
Profile photos
- A profile photo that can no longer be loaded shows the member’s initials instead of a broken image, in the community and on public profiles. - If your own photo is missing, your profile asks you to add it again. - Admins are alerted when uploaded files are not kept safely between updates, and when profile photos are missing.Version 1.4.1 Beta
PMP Candidates
- Everyone preparing for the PMP exam is now addressed as a PMP Candidate across PMPCitizen: dashboard, menus, profile, coaching, class pages, notices and emails. - Certified PMPs see "Certified PMP" on their dashboard and menu.Version 1.4 Beta
Coaching plans and PM Citizen
- PM Citizen is the free plan every member is on, for good: students, certified PMPs, chapters and companies. It replaces Basic. - Coaching plans (for example 30, 45 or 90 days) are set up in Admin → Plans with their own name, price in Tanzanian shillings (or US dollars), an optional US dollar price, length and what is included. No other plan needs choosing. - Members see the plans with their prices on Subscription & Billing and can pay in shillings or, where set, in US dollars. - Admin → Users grants a coaching plan by name; staff accounts have no plan. Admin → Subscriptions is now the plan history, read only. - The Office quotes, invoices and admits coaching plans by name; applicants choose them on their start link. - Notices and emails name the member’s plan, and say PM Citizen when coaching ends.Version 1.3.2 Beta
Plans show up for students
- The subscription page lists every plan an admin has set up, with its price, length and features, ready to upgrade. - Admin → Plans: choose the plan (FastTrackMe, Elite or Elite Pro) from a list instead of typing its name; each row shows whether students can see it.Version 1.3.1 Beta

Lesson plans for every class, online payment settings, and adding students
For instructors - Choose the lesson plan your class follows in Classroom (or an admin chooses it with the class). Classroom, Presenter Studio and the daily recap emails then use it. It can change until Day 1 starts. - Add students to your class one at a time or by pasting a list. Each goes to the PMPCitizen Office, and you can ask the Office to contact them, send a proposal or send an invoice (also to a paying company). For admins - Pesapal and DPO are set up in Settings → Online payments: paste the keys, then "Connect to Pesapal". Keys are stored encrypted. - The dashboard no longer calls it urgent when bank transfer is set up but online payment is not. For everyone - Get help now offers topics that fit your role, and companies and chapters have their own Get help page.Version 1.2.1 Beta
Plan editing fixed
- Admins can edit subscription plans again (the edit window no longer fails to open). - Plan features can be typed one per line, with new lines kept while typing; saving shows a confirmation or the reason it failed.Version 1.2 Beta
GDC alumni join PMPCitizen
For everyone who trained with GDC before PMPCitizen existed: - Join from the link shared by the PMPCitizen Office (for example in your WhatsApp group). The Office checks every request against GDC's class records. - Once confirmed, you get free access to the PMPCitizen community. - Upload your old GDC certificate; after the Office checks it, you receive a digital certificate for your 35 contact hours, with a QR code anyone can scan to verify it. - Already PMP certified? Verify it from "PMP certification" to track your PDUs. For the PMPCitizen Office: a new "GDC alumni" page with join links, the request queue and old certificates to check.Version 1.1.2 Beta
Password & security for everyone
- Change your password any time from your name menu → Password & security. Other devices are signed out, and you get an email confirming the change. - Instructors, coaches, the PMPCitizen Office, admins, chapters and companies now have their own account page too. - Locked out? The PMPCitizen Office can email you a reset link, and an administrator can give you a temporary password by phone that you replace at your next sign-in.Version 1.1.1 Beta
A sharper home page
- New high-quality photography on the home page, in a gentle slideshow you can swipe on your phone. - The community section shows the PMPCitizen community in use.Version 1.1 Beta
